Different fruits are other great sources of iodine and cranberries are among them. Almost one ounce of cranberries contains approximately 100 mcg of iodine. Strawberries are very tasty and widely chosen for their attractive flavor. Approximately 13 mcg of iodine is found in a cup of fresh strawberries. Different beans are good dietary sources of iodine. Potatoes are also rich sources of iodine among vegetables. One medium‐sized baked potato contains 60 mcg of iodine.[1]
